A bromine leak at a chemical plant in eastern China Poisonous has sent a huge cloud of red smoke billowing into the sky in a surreal sight.
The video, filmed in Weifang City in Shandong Province on May 9, shows the brownish-red coloured cloud in the sky.
Bromine is a toxic chemical that is routinely used in dyes and insecticides, among other things.
Fortunately, no casualties were reported.
The cause was being investigated.
