South Korea pressing North Korea to release six South Korean detainees

With North Korea releasing three American detainees,... the question remains as to whether Pyongyang will do the same for the six South Korean detainees still held captive by the regime.
South Korea's Presidential Office of Cheong Wa Dae has reportedly called for the swift release of the three missionaries and three North Korean defectors.
The Unification Ministry also says Seoul is working to resolve the detainee issue through inter-Korean talks and cooperation with the international community,... adding that it will continue to make active efforts to bring them back home as soon as possible.
Officials have already said that President Moon Jae-in brought up the detainee issue to North Korean leader Kim Jong-un during the recent inter-Korean summit.
