Good morning. Most parts of the nation experienced some picture perfect spring weather under clear skies. We'll experience similar weather today. Most parts of the country will have a repeat of Wednesday's weather conditions,... while Tokyo will see passing showers after lunch.
Korea's eastern regions had relatively cooler conditions in the low teens in some parts,... but temperatures will jump back to seasonal averages and we'll have another day of big gaps in the readings under sunny skies.
Strong UV rays and high ozone levels are expected. Be aware that the higher the UV Index, the stronger the sun's rays are, and the greater the need to take sun safety precautions.
Taking a closer look at today's temperatures, there are still some regions waking up to single digit morning lows including Gyeongju and Chuncheon at 7 and 6 degrees, Seoul and Daejoen woke up to 11 degrees Celsius.
Expect a big jump in readings, Seoul will get up to 22 degrees, Gyeongju and Chuncheon will hit a warm 24 degrees this afternoon.
