S. Korean gov't asks human rights bodies to halt leaflet distribution

Starting Tuesday, South and North Korea are halting distribution of propaganda leaflets to each other... as part of the efforts to cease all hostile acts as stipulated in the summit agreement.
And for that,... Seoul's unification ministry has asked for cooperation from private associations... that have claimed they'll continue sending leaflets to the North... to try and improve human rights.
The government stressed... the cooperation of these groups is crucial for lowering military tensions and guaranteeing the safety of South Korean citizens living near the border... and left open the possibility of police intervention if conflicts arise.
