Naga Sadhus brush dry human cremated ash onto their bodies. Gone are these cars but not the madness of the Kumbh...
Vanity thy name is Sadhu - they use the tinted glass windows of a Hindustan Ambassador car (modelled on the British Morris Oxford!) to do up their matted hair... Everyone is capable of being vain and worrying about their looks - even these wild-looking sadhus!
The sadhus just keep appearing in their diesel-spewing chariots...
