Nineteen days to go for the Karnataka elections. Scheduled for 12th may and we at NewsX are starting a brand new show Namma Karnataka that will cover every angle of the high pitched political battle. In fact things are already beginning to heat up with the BJP and Congress leaving no stone unturned. Incumbent Siddharamiah will contest from two seats - a first for a congress leader in Karnataka. Siddharamiah has filed nomination from Badami in North Karnataka and will also fight from Chamundeshwari in Mysuru from Badami. The BJP has fielded Sriramulu. A strongman tipped to be deputy CM if BJP comes to power. While from Chamundeswari its apparent the Bjp has struck a deal with Jds. Clearly its a no holds barred high stakes battle. Both for the bjp and the congress. Which is why you need to tune in to Namma Karnataka on that note let me go straight across to Harish Upadyay in Bengaluru. Who has his ear to the ground.
