BoxMac 111: Chrissy's Stuffed Tortellini 6-Cheese Mac

Fan and friend of the show Chrissy Fellmeth is in the BoxMac kitchen! She makes her grandmother’s classic tortellini mac. The tortellini is stuffed with ricotta, parmesan, and romano cheese. The added cheeses are shredded parmesan, swiss, and mozzarella, and fontina slices. Is it all too cheesy?
