It was a Saturday and short notice inspection. Derek arrived on time and ready to do the inspection. As these were older clients and tenants in the home they were trying to purchase, he took his time to explain many items on the home and how to care for them in the future. They really appreciated the extra time and effort he spent helping them with what was to be their home.
