Rod Stewardson performed a one-year inspection of my home. I have used him every step of the way when having my house built. He has done the pre-drywall inspection, final inspection, and now the one-year inspection. He has been very professional, thorough and friendly. Each inspection is very detailed and comes with photos to show your builder what needs to be fixed. He and his associate Derek are very knowledgeable and I have total confidence in their work.
