And to tell us more about this, Professor Cho Jung-hun from Ajou University joins us in the studio today.
Welcome to the program.

Great to be here.

1- So, with the big day for the two Koreas fast approaching... South and North Korea held working-level talks today at the Tongilgak building in Panmunjom.
How far have the preparations for the summit come up until today?

2- And we heard earlier in the newscast that there's a good chance the two Koreas could establish a peace treaty at the upcoming summit.
Tell us more about this.

3- U.S. President Donald Trump, meanwhile, said the U.S. has started talking directly with North Korea,... and reports have come out saying that CIA Director Mike Pompeo flew to Pyongyang a few weeks ago.
What can we make of these developments?

4- Going back to the summit,... will the first ladies of the two Koreas will be joining President Moon and Kim Jong-un at any point during the summit?

5- And we also have the high-level inter-Korean talks coming up on Friday,... during which the two sides are expected to discuss the agenda of the inter-Korean summit.
Where are we at this point in regards to the denuclearization issue?

6- So if North Korea does agree to a complete and irreversible denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula, might we see these inter-Korean summits taking place regularly?

7- What progress might we see in regards to the reunions of families separated by the Korean War?
And what are the chances that the two sides could discuss bilateral economic cooperation?

8- What about North Korea's human rights issues?
Will they be discussed?

9- And the hotline between the leaders of the two Koreas will be set up by the end of this week.
What significance does this event carry?

10- Over in the U.S., President Trump is meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe... to discuss various issues regarding trade and North Korea.
What might come out of their meeting?

Thank you for your insight today.

Thanks for having me.
