Lucky Penny Thoughts: These were fun to eat! When I first saw the colorful wafer discs, I though they would be fun to show on a video. I did a little research on the correct way to eat them. I guess you can eat them plain, or add toppings like goats milk caramel! I had some ice cream toppings on hand, so I tried those and they worked great with the wafer! These would be great to dip in ice cream!\r
