Fabolous Allegedly Assaulted Girlfriend Emily Bustamante On Wednesday night, Fabolous turned himself into Englewood, NJ police after a domestic violence incident with Bustamante. TMZ first reported that the rapper punched her seven times, knocking out two of her teeth. This was after sending a threatening text saying he wanted to hit her in the head with a baseball bat, according to Bustamante. She also told TMZ she feared for her life and had her father come to Fabolous's home to remove his handguns. When Fabolous returned and realized they were gone, he said "he had a bullet for them," meaning her father and brother. He did not spend time in jail but has been cited for the incident and assigned a ticket for a court appearance.
