Matt Damon has realized the “alarming and embarrassing” lack of diversity in Hollywood. Because of this he has decided to adopt inclusion riders. He and Ben Affleck own a company called Pearl Street that produces movies. Damon and Affleck vowed “to do better” since realizing this ongoing Hollwood problem. Damon said: “There's no reason our industry shouldn't look like our country demographically."
