South Korea, China and Japan are holding trade talks in Seoul in their latest push towards a free trade deal.
The two-day talks began Thursday.
Korea's trade ministry said representatives discussed tariff reduction, service market liberalization and ways to speed up negotiation talks.
The three countries have been taking turns to host the trilateral meetings since 2013, with the 12th round of talks taking place in Tokyo last April.
South Korea, China, and Japan's combined GDP represents a fifth of the world total.
