California resident Shane Harris captured video of motorists attempting to navigate heavily flooded streets in Folsom on March 22. Heavy rains have caused flooding in multiple locations throughout the state, according to reports.Harris told Storyful the driver decided to ignore city officials directing traffic and tried to exit the flooded street and ended up needing to be rescued after getting stuck.The National Weather Service issued a flood advisory for the Sacramento area Thursday morning.
