Make Your Own Vegan Cheese - It Melts & Slices!

This vegan cheese recipe is easy to make and you dont need any special probiotics etc to make it :-) Best of all it has no dairy and is 100% plant-based vegan! Great for slicing, it melts and is great on vegan pizza.YUM!\r

Vegan Cheese Ingredients:\r
1 1 /2 cups Soy Milk (or non-dairy milk of your choice)\r
1/2 cup raw cashew nuts\r
3 tbs almond meal\r
1 tbs lemon juice\r
3 tbs grape seed oil (or oil of choice)\r
2 tbs agar agar powder (mixed with 1/2 cup + 2 tbs boiling water)\r
2 tbs miso paste\r
1 tsp vegetable stock powder\r
1/2 tsp white pepper\r
1/2 tsp Himalayan salt\r
