What is the perfect amount of exercise for a person to maintain a healthy lifestyle?
The World Health Organization states 150 minutes per week of moderate intensity exercise is enough.
That's 30 minutes of at least walking five days a week.
If exercising more vigorously, like running there should be at 75 minutes per week in 25 minute chunks.
