Proposed Food Labels Show How Much Exercise Needed To Burn-Off Calories

A new proposed system for food labels would equate food to the activity required to burn off those calories.

Much like the U.S., the United Kingdom has a weight problem. 
With more than two-thirds of its residents tipping the scales as overweight and obese, researchers there are suggesting a new approach to food labeling – adding pictures. 
The graphics show how much physical activity is required to burn off the calories lurking inside each container or serving.
