Draft bill on constitutional reform to be finalized on March 12

The special public advisory committee on the Constitution under the Presidential Commission for Public Planning will be finalizing the draft government bill on constitutional reform on Monday.
The draft,... which includes key issues underscored by President Moon Jae-in such as,... people’s basic rights and decentralization of power,... is also expected to include a four-year presidential system.
President Moon is expected to receive a report on the draft bill on Tuesday.
He has previously called for a people-oriented revision of the Constitution.
