Chicken tikka or Murgh malai kababs is a chicken dish very popular in India. It is traditionally small pieces of boneless chicken baked using skewers in oven after marinating in spices and yogurt.The word tikka means bits or pieces.\r

Chicken Malai Tikka is a very easy recipe.This Creamy Chicken Tikka Kabab is made by marinating chicken with curd, fresh cream, cheese and spices. It is less spicy compared to Chicken Tikkas. If you follow this process, then you will never go back to Restaurants. as it is much better than Restaurants and also easy to prepare.It is typically eaten with green coriander and tamarind chutney served with onion rings and lemon.Lets check the recipe with simple and easy steps.\r

Ingredients:\r

chicken 300 gram (boneless)\r
Thik curd 3-4 tbsp\r
Fresh cream 3-4 tbsp\r
Salt to taste\r
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp\r
Black papper powder 1/2 tsp\r
Oil 3-4 tbsp\r
Kasturi Methi powder 1/2 tsp\r
Cheese 1/2 cup\r

Method: In a large bowl mix all the ingredients except Chicken and make them a smooth paste.Once the creamy paste is done then add the chicken into the paste and marinate them well. Now keep in refrigaretor for 15 minutes.Aftar 15 minutes take out the marinated chicken from the refrigaretor.Now put the chicken into the bamboo skewers one piece by one piece and set in a baking try.Now the baking part.My oven is already preheated in 230 degree centigrade for about 10 minutes.Now bake the chicken skewers for 15 minutes.After 15 minutes turn the other side and again let cook another 15 minutes.And then our malai chicken kababs will be done.Serve with green chutney,onion rings and lemon.Enjoy.\r
