A 17th-century castle in Puglia, Italy known as 'Castello di Ugento' has been converted into a stylish luxury hotel. Former Pepsi CEO Massimo Fasanella d'Amore di Ruffano and Diana Bianchi revived his family's castle in 2013, installing a state-of-the-art cooking school, upgrading rooms, and showcasing frescoes of figures from Greek mythology and the Bible.
