Obama's Ban On Lion And Elephant Trophies Lifted On 'Case-By-Case Basis'

US wildlife officials said importation of lion and elephant trophies from Africa will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Under the Obama administration the importation of these trophies was banned. But in December 2017 a court ruled against Obama’s ban. The US Fish and Wildlife Service said trophies will enhance the African elephant’s survival.
