Politics, 'Time's Up' movement, romance films set to dominate 90th Academy Awards

Hollywood's biggest stars have taken to the red carpet for the 90th Academy Awards.
This year's Oscars is expected to be dominated by politics, the Me Too and Time's Up movements, as well as a heated competition for best picture.
This year's Oscars is being hosted by talk show host Jimmy Kimmel for the second straight year.
Movies tipped for best picture include "The Shape of Water", "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri", "Get Out" and Christopher Nolan's war epic "Dunkirk".
