Do you find you are self sabotaging yourself? Are you causing yourself undue anxiety? This video is about learning to be honest with others and yourself. Your conditions mean that there are some things, that sometimes, you simply cannot do. Accept it. Forgiveness is so important to healing. Love yourself. Honestly with Bipolar and Borderline disorder is key. Always remember to be gentle ib yourself. Mental illness is not an easy illness to live with. You know this! But forcing yourself to take on stuff that creates anxiety, or feelings of unworthiness within you, is never a good idea.
