River freezes over during winter blast in Northern Ireland

In Northern Ireland, a filmer captured a frozen river and icicles along a motorway as a massive snowstorm hit much of the UK.

The ongoing polar vortex known as the “Beast from the East” has caused numerous traffic and travel delays, as well as isolating rural communities.
