North Korea Open To Talks With U.S. Despite Condemning Sanctions

According to a report by Reuters, senior officials from Pyongyang visiting South Korea said that North Korea was open to talks with the United States, just hours after it accused Washington of inciting conflict on the peninsula with a new round of sanctions. South Korean President Moon Jae-in met with a delegation from North Korea at an undisclosed location in the Olympic city.
