China condemns U.S. over latest sanctions, arms sale to Taiwan

China's foreign ministry summoned Washington's top diplomat in China on Tuesday,... to express “strong indignation and condemnation.”
Beijing also warned that China will "take resolute and forceful countermeasures and defend its sovereignty, security and development interests."
