Seoul to work to help Pyongyang, Washington realize dialogue

Seoul (South Korea), Feb 21 (EFE/EPA). South Korea's Chief of the Presidential National Security Office, said Wednesday before the Parliament that Seoul will work actively to help Pyongyang and Washington hold constructive talks.
