यूपी निकाय चुनाव के दूसरे चरण के लिए मतदान जारी है। यूपी के 25 जिले और 6 नगर निगमों में आज मतदान हो रहे हैं। सुबह ठंड और कोहरे की वजह से लोग घरों से बाहर नहीं निकले इसलिए मतदान की गति धीमी रही।
