Taylor Swift is adding to real estate portfolio, and she just spent and eye-watering amount of money.
Yep, the country singer reportedly dropped $50 million on various apartments on one Tribeca block.
She’s scooped up a second floor unit measuring 3500 square feet at 155 Franklin Street, adding to the two other spots she already owns on the same block.
That one place cost her around $9.75 million in an off-market deal and rumor has it she’s planning on connecting it with the two other properties she already owns.
She’s already owns the top floor units in that building which she bought in 2014 and she combined those two units to create a penthouse duplex spanning 8,000 square feet.
She also owns an $18 million townhouse next-door, and when you put all that together, it brings her total table to $47.7 million.
Wonder if she needs a roommate.
