BJP Ally TDP Govt In Andhra Pradesh expressed "serious displeasure" over the Union Budget as it "gave nothing" to the state.The TDP, a partner in the BJP-led NDA government, is, however, not yet ready to pull the plug on the alliance, but only wants to make the Centre "realise" about its "strong displeasure", a senior party leader said.A few senior state ministers, who were closeted with the chief minister after the Budget presentation, noted that the Centre only "meted out injustice" by not honouring any of the promises made over the past four years.

मोदी सरकार के आखिरी आम बजट से देश को काफी उम्मीदें थी.. लेकिन, जब वित्त मंत्री ने संसद में आम बजट पर भाषण देना शुरु किया तो लोगों की उम्मीदें एक एक कर टूटती दिखीं । इस बजट ने न सिर्फ मिडिल क्लास बल्कि सरकार के सहयोगी दल तेलुगु देशम पार्टी को भी निराश किया है। आंध्र प्रदेश के मुख्‍यमंत्री चंद्रबाबू नायडू ने अरुण जेटली के बजट पर अपनी नाराजगी जताते हुए कहा कि, सरकार ने आंध्र प्रदेश को बजट में नजरअंदाज किया है और वो इसकी चर्चा दिल्ली में करेंगे । नायडू का मानना है कि चुनाव के पहले बीजेपी का यह अंतिम बजट होने के बावजूद आम लोगों की आरे इस बजट में ध्‍यान नहीं दिया गया ।
