Dough:\r
2 cups glutinous rice flour\r
3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp water\r

Filling:\r
1/3 cup dry peeled split mung bean = 1 cup hydrated beans\r
1/2 cup water\r
1/2 tsp salt\r
3 Tbsp sugar\r
\r
Ginger Syrup:\r
1 inch fresh ginger\r
1 cup brown sugar\r
3 cups water\r
\r
Coconut Sauce:\r
1-5.6 oz can coconut milk\r
1/2 can water\r
1 Tbsp sugar\r
1/8 tsp salt\r
1 Tbsp tapioca starch + 2 Tbsp water\r

Yields: 15 Rice balls\r
