INGREDIENTS (1 PERSON): & STEP BY STEP DIRECTION:-
REFRIGERATED: ✔ 1 – egg. -in a bowl; break an egg and beat it till smooth.
PRODUCE: ✔ 1 – fresh strawberry. (garnish – you can opt for anything that you like with it).
CONDIMENTS: ✔ 2 tsp – vanilla syrup. -add this to the egg bowl and mix.
DAIRY: ✔ 1 tbsp – milk. -add to the egg bowl and mix.
OIL & VINEGARS: ✔ 3 tsp - vegetable Oil / refine. -add to the bowl and mix and keep aside.
PASTA & GRAINS: ✔ 1/4th a cup – all purpose flour. -take in a separate bowl.
✔ 1/4th a cup - cocoa powder. -add to flour bowl and mix them evenly.
BAKING & SPICES: ✔ 1 tsp – baking powder. -add to the flour bowl and mix evenly.
✔ 2 tbsp – sugar powder. (sweetness can be maintained as per your taste AND keep little amount aside so that you can do dusting all over the cup after cake is baked). -add to the flour bowl and mix evenly with rest of the ingredients present in the flour bowl.
⭕ IN A CUP; -add both bowls mixture together and whisk of stir till everything gets mixed evenly and will convert into a semi-thick paste. -place the mug in the oven now. -microwave for 30-35 seconds, or 45 seconds to 1 minute. Time may vary mine was done in 35 seconds. -enjoy with fresh strawberries ;)
