A recent poll from Monmouth University shows President Trump is rebounding from the record low approval numbers he received just a month ago.  42% of the roughly 800 participants said they are in favor of the job Trump is doing, while 50% indicated they are not.  Though Trump is still shy of showing net positive numbers, the latest poll, which was conducted from January 28 to 30, is a vast improvement over the 32% approval versus 56% disapproval reported in December. In related matters, 55% of respondents gave the president credit for being at least somewhat successful in moving his agenda through Congress.  It also appears people are warming up to the recently passed tax plan, though most don't believe they will personally benefit from it.  Approval and disapproval for the legislation are now equal, standing at 44% each, a change from last month when the split was 26% for and 47% against.  That said, only 24% indicated they expect their taxes to decrease.
