BBC Director Tony Hall: We need to lower some men's pay

A review commissioned by the BBC has found there is 'no gender bias' in its pay decisions. A group of 170 women who work for the BBC have already said they have 'no confidence' in today's review, because they have been excluded from the process. BBC Director-General Tony Hall said that "some men’s pay" would need to be lowered.
