Pennsylvania Creek Blocked by Ice Jam Flows Backwards

An ice jam caused Mill Creek in Avoca, Pennsylvania, to flow backwards amid flooding on Tuesday, January 23. At least six homes and a tavern were flooded near the creek, a news report said.Just before the one minute mark of the video, firefighters can be heard telling people to get off the bridge over the creek.
