Delhi Trader's union shuts down market protest MCD's sealing drive | Oneindia News

The Delhi Trader's union called for a massive protest against the Municipal Corporation of Delhi on January 23 for the sealing of markets. The traders said that no commercial activity will be carried out in the city today. Prominent market places like Greater Kailash 1 and 2, Connaught Place, Laxmi Nagar, Krishna Nagar and others also remain closed. The traders association said that the protest has been planned at 6 places in the city from 12pm -2pm, the main venue being Hauz Qazi near Chawri Bazar metro station.
