Ghantewala, 225 yrs old iconic sweet shop in Delhi shuts down

Delhi people will not be able to take the iconic taste of sohan halwa by Ghantewala shop at Delhi's Chandani Chowk. The owners permanentaly put the shutters of the sweet shop down after 225 long years. Located near Paranthe Wali Gali on the main Chandni Chowk street, Ghantewala (Sohan Halwa Shop) had been in the business since 1790.
