2 Punnets of strawberries\r
2 tbsp water\r
2 1/2 tbsp corn flour or corn starch\r
3/4 cup sugar\r
1/2 cup water\r

For the base of cheesecake\r
2 cups plain digestive biscuit (I use Marie) 200g\r
1 tbsp sugar\r
100 g melted butter\r

2-8 ounces 454 g cream cheese\r
2/3 cup sugar (130 g)\r
1/8 tsp of salt\r
2 eggs\r
1 tsp vanilla\r
1/2 tsp grated lemon zest\r
1/2 cup sour cream
