Parts of Niagara Falls in Canada and the United States were frozen amid frigid temperatures on Tuesday, January 2.Monday marked the coldest January 1 recorded in Niagara Falls, with a temperature of -26 degrees Celsius, or -14 degrees Fahrenheit, a news report said.
