Lake Erie Shore Begins Freezing Over at Presque Isle State Park

Blocks of ice floated on the water along the Presque Isle State Park shoreline, near Erie, Pennsylvania, on Friday, December 29. Erie and surrounding counties were under a lake-effect snow warning on Friday, in effect until early Sunday morning.GoErie reported# under the new snow warning, Erie and Ashtabula counties could see 10 to 14 inches of new snow.
