Indian Railway Self-Propelled Train To Be On Service Soon, As Part Of Make In India
Make In India Self-propelled Train To Be Launched By December 2018. The Project 'Train-2018' Will Be Costing Half The Price Of Importing A Similar One. The 16-coach Train Is Based On The Modern Metro Design. Initially, Its Going To Be A Chair Car And The Sleeper Coaches Will Be Added Later. The Coaches Will Be Powered By A Propulsion System Individually. The Train Is Going To Have Faster Turnaround & Speed | Top Speed: 160km/hr. This Train Will Be The First One To Have Automatic Doors To Reduce Rail Accidents. Features Like Wider Windows, Spacious Seating And Bio-toilets Make It More Special.
