Suicide Bomber Strikes Near Intelligence HQ in Kabul

At least six people died, four civilians and two security forces, when a car bomb detonated in Kabul, Afghanistan, on December 25. The explosion was detonated by a suicide attacker, according to local reports citing officials.The blast took place near a National Directorate of Security (NDS) office near Abdulhaq Square, and was claimed by Islamic State, BBC Persian reported.This footage shows security forces and ambulances at the scene, as well as a short interview with Afghan Interior Ministry deputy spokesman Nusrat Rahimi.Rahimi says, “Before the suicide bomber reached his target, our brave security personnel recognized and stopped him.
