Bank of America to Give $1,000 Bonuses to Employees Trump's new tax plan, which was signed on Friday, allows the bank to grant a hefty bonus to 145,000 employees. Bank of America released a memo to its staff and claimed the bonus will apply to employees who make $150,000 or less annually, CNBC reported. Because of the tax plan's 14 percent reduction for corporations, banks and other applicable companies, like AT&T and Comcast, will see big gains.
