Sip on This Vegan Eggnog All Holiday Season Long

'Tis the season to sit by a warm fire with a cup of creamy eggnog. If you're dairy-free and looking for a delicious alternative, this vegan eggnog will hit the spot. Made with all things coconut, a hint of vanilla, and loads of holiday spices, you'll go just as crazy for this drink as everyone did for Trader Joe's Almond Eggnog.
Vegan Eggnog From Lisa Barnet Ingredients3 cups coconut milk beverage, chilled
1 1/2 cans coconut cream
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
To garnish:
1 1/2 teaspoons freshly grated nutmeg
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 1 minute. (Alternative: whisk all ingredients together.) Chill for at least 2 hours.
Pour into glasses and top with freshly grated nutmeg, cinnamon, and star anise.
