We were totally fangirling over the insane gymnastics routines we saw at the 2016 Rio Games this Summer. One category that was seriously lacking in girl power was the Olympic rings event. Currently that category is exclusive to male competitors, but that's not about to stop Hannah Bronfman from using it as inspiration in her workout. In this episode of Hannahgram, Hannah tried her hand at the Ring Thing, a gymnastics-rings-inspired rig that uses 50 percent of your body weight to help you master everything from a muscle up to a straddle handstand.
