The Murphy Sisters are three singer/songwriters from Mayo, Ireland. Their style of music is steeped in traditional folk, country and pop. They are well known for their sweet harmonies, original compositions, and musical arrangements and have created a unique sound with a fine blend of harmonies that has seen them performing all across the country.
The group consists of Sarah Jane on Piano, Banjo and Vocals, Katie Alice on Guitar, Fiddle and Vocals and Rachel Rose on Concertina and Vocals.
The band have just finished their first ever Irish tour, supporting the Portland based band, 'The Breaking Yard' and are currently recording their first EP which will be available for download in the near future.
