Ela Minus (Gabriela Jimeno) is a sweet-voiced electronic musician from Bogota, Colombia who has only recently begun to captivate audiences with what she calls 'Tiny Dance Music'. After studying at Berklee College of Music, Gabriela moved to New York City, where she joined the band Balancer with whom she played festivals such as SXSW, CMJ, Epicentro (Costa Rica) and many more. In Spring 2015, she debuted her solo project, 'Ela Minus,' with an EP called 'First Words' (co-produced by Andres Nusser of Astro). She performed live for the first time at Festival Hermoso Ruido in Colombia. She's since gone onto release another EP (also co-produced by Nusser) called 'Grow', and has played large festivals 'Estereo Picnic' (Colombia), Nrmal (Mexico), and SXSW. In anticipation of the release of another EP and an full length album later in 2016, Gabriela will continue touring (alongside buzzing Ecuadorian electronic artist Nicola Cruz) internationally and stunning audiences far and wide.
