Winter Storm Forces Delta To Cancel Flights

According to Delta Air Lines, the carrier has canceled more than 600 flights due to inclement weather at its Atlanta hub. A winter storm is traveling towards the northeast, threatening more cancellations and delays. According to the Atlanta-based airline a wintry mix was to blame for lengthy delays on de-icing planes. The carrier had canceled 625 flights from Atlanta by Friday eveing.
