Sandakan airport extension to boost tourism

The government has allocated 80 million Ringgit for the Sandakan airport runway extension project that is expected to begin by mid year.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said the initiative will provide a much-needed boost to Sandakan's tourism sector.
